Released on Astana Music, created by producer George Brown of Kool and the Gang, "King" was remixed by Alessandro Calemme, Country Club Martini Crew and Franck Lengo. On her official website, Chelsea explains that the track "celebrates self-confidence, sexual expression and living a life free of soul-sucking inhibitions."
